Our 30 minute free fitness consultation will help you get familiar with our unique facility, you will meet a CFPA coach and discuss your goals and what you hope to get out of your CrossFit experience. Are you ready to challenge yourself and become a member of CrossFit Per Ardua?
First you will need to take part in our On Ramp Program.
This is a 5 class program designed to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit, the foundations of what our gym is all about and get you ready to join in on classes as a member.
Our gym functions differently than other gyms. It is best to learn why and to understand the day to day requirements. The On Ramp Program will address any questions or uncertainty you may have and ensure you are 100% comfortable and prepared to start your strength and conditioning adventure with our awesome community.
We schedule On Ramps on a one-on-one basis and work with your schedule. You choose the days and times with your coach, who will be with you every step of the way!

Crossfit has changed my life, it has given me the sense of community, team and belonging that I've never had before.
There is no turning back...
I started CrossFit 4 years ago in April. It's definitely the most fun I've had working out in my life. I was always involved in sports in school but after high school I didn't have much for an outlet for fun physical activities. CrossFit has given me back that fun sense of competition I always loved about sports. I've seen tones of improvements in my strength over the past 4 years and I'm definitely in the best shape of my life! After doing CrossFit there's really no turning back!!

CrossFit is the only exercise routine I have ever stuck with, and that is 100% due to how much the coaches at CFPA care about their members. I feel better than I ever have both physically and mentally, and I owe it all to CFPA. So take the plunge, you won't regret it!

I joined CFPA around 3 months ago, and I quickly learned it was the best decision of my life. The atmosphere and community make every training session so worth while and motivates me to continuously push myself. I'm so very thankful for the relationships I have made so far through CFPA.
