Who is this for?
All Fitness levels are welcome, from conditioned to deconditioned, from skinny to obese, from young to old. The goal of this challenge is to change lives.
Surrounding ourselves with other goal-oriented individuals, a passionate coaching staff and a set of metrics for results that will ensure success and to show you change!
The Get Started Program includes your On Ramp Program, which is 5 one hour classes during which you learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and how our gym works and a 3 month unlimited membership.
On Ramp Classes Start Thursday, Jan 3rd @ 7:30pm and run for the month of January, every Tuesday, Thursday at 730pm and Saturday afternoons at 12am.
What will I do?
You will have fun, you will workout in a safe and fun environment, learn the proper way to move and how we function as a gym. You will be doing functional fitness! Workouts will be scaled and modified to your ability.
$400 plus tax. The price includes the cost of the program classes and full 3 membership at CFPA. A total value of over $540!

We are using the CrossFit Methodology and training in this program to help give you a fresh start in 2019!We don't believe in time restricted programs. We don't think anything can be changed in a few weeks.But we do believe in starting fresh with a driven goal to continue on a path to greatness.
That is why this Get Started Program is designed in a way to get you started, but to not stop. Our hope and goal is that upon completion of this program you will be ready and dedicated to starting a fitness lifestyle and healthier path to nutrition for the rest of your life!

Outside of the benefit of beginning the process to a new, more fit and healthier you, this program also has some great benefits financially. After you finish the first 5 program classes, you will be set up with our online booking program to book classes at
CrossFit Per Ardua and attend as many times as you like for a 3 month period, with no obligation to continue as a member, only if you want to!
Our friends at Flavor Restaurants have graciously extended a 15% discount at all locations to all members of this program. Members of CrossFit Per Ardua always receive this discount, for the 3 months you are with us, you will as well. Flavor has some of the healthiest food options on the island and they stand behind their product and service, just like we do at CrossFit Per Ardua.
Semi-personal training. You won't be alone in the gym, all classes are coached by a passionate and knowledgable coach. No worries on not knowing what to do, each class of the program is coached, movements are demonstrated extensively. You could literally walk into CrossFit Per Ardua having never been in a gym or exercised a single day in your life and you will be 100% fine and can join in with complete confidence!

Along with holding numerous certifications in CrossFit, personal training and a nutrition degree, we are constantly improving our knowledge base with outside education and updated certifications.
You can attend any class you want to complete the On Ramp over the month of January, get it all done at once or spread it out. As long as by the end of January you have completed the 5 one hour On Ramp classes you can join as a full member!
